Kampo Heneral Paciano Rizal – Arestado ang Rank no. 2 Most Wanted Person Regional Level at kasalukuyan ding Rank no. 6 Most Wanted Person Provincial Level (NCRPO) sa ikinasang joint manhunt operation na pinangunahan ng Rizal MPS.
Kinilala ni POLICE COLONEL HAROLD P DEPOSITAR, Acting Provincial Director, Laguna Police Provincial Office, ang akusado na si Alias Butchoy, 41 years old, na naninirahan sa Santo Rosario Street Pulang Lupa, Valenzuela City.
Ayon sa ulat ni PCPT DIMSAY A PITA, Officer-In-Charge ng Rizal Municipal Police Station nagkasa ang kanilang operatiba ng joint manhunt operation kasama ang mga tauhan mula sa ibat-ibang unit ng National Capital Region (NCRPO), Provincial Intelligence Team ng Laguna at Regional Intelligence Unit 4A kahapon sa ganap na 6:00 ng hapon Nobyembre 27, 2023 sa Brgy West Poblacion, Rizal, Laguna.
Ikinasa ang manhunt operation laban sa suspek sa bisa ng warrant of arrest para sa kasong Rape at paglabag sa Republic Act 7610 o ang Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act na inilabas ni HON. MATEO B ALTAREJOS, Acting Presiding Judge, Branch 172 Regional Trial Court, National Capital Judicial Region (NCJR) Valenzuela City, noong September 19, 2023 na walang piyansang inerekomenda para sa kasong Rape at one hundred eighty thousand pesos (PhP180,000) naman ang piyansang inerekomenda para sa kasong paglabag sa RA 7610 (Child Abuse).
Samantala, kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Rizal MPS ang arestadong akusado. Agad namang inimpormahan ang korteng pinagmulan ng Warrant of Arrest sa pagkakaaresto nito.
Ayon sa pahayag ni PCOL DEPOSITAR, “Ito ay isang patunay lamang na walang makakapagtago sa kamay ng batas at matatakasan ang kanilang mga kasong kinakaharap, ito ay isang indikasyon din na buo ang suporta ng mamamayan sa kapulisan dahil mga impormasyon na kanilang ibinibigay”.#gtgtalampas
