Camp BGen Paciano Rizal – Arestado ang lider ng drug group sa anti-illegal drug operation sa Binan City, Laguna noong Biyernes, December 15, 2023.
Kinilala ni POLICE COLONEL HAROLD P DEPOSITAR, Acting Provincial Director ng Laguna PPO, ang suspek na si alyas Aboy, 37 years old, warehouse personnel sa isang online selling platform, at residente ng Biñan City, Laguna.
Ayon sa report ng Binan Component City Police Station (CPS), nag-implementa ang kanilang kapulisan ng search warrant sa paglabag sa RA 9165 sa ganap na 5:40 ng hapon noong December 15, sa Manabat St., Sta. Filomena, Brgy. San Antonio, Biñan City, Laguna.
Nakumpiska sa operasyon ang labingdalawang (12) sachets ng hinihinalang shabu, isang (1) coin purse. Nakuha din sa suspek ang isang (1) Caliber 38. revolver Armscor with serial number 1106664, at anim (6) na piraso ng Cal. 38 live ammunitions.
Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng Binan CCPS ang suspek habang ang mga nakumpiskang drug paraphernalia and shabu na may itinatayang timbang na humigit kumulang 2.5 grams na nagkakahalagang seventeen thousand two hundred fifty pesos (Php 17,250.00) ay isusumite sa Regional Forensic Unit Office 4A-CALABARZON sa Camp Vicente Lim, Calamba, Laguna, para sa laboratory examination habang ang mga kaso sa paglabag sa Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act (RA 9165) at “Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act” (RA 10591) ay inihahanda para sa referral sa City Prosecutors Office.
Si alyas Aboy ay leader ng drug group na nag ooperate sa first district ng Laguna at nasa listahan ng PNP bilang isang high value individual.
Sa pahayag ni PCOL DEPOSITAR, “Naniniwala ang PNP na ang pagkakaaresto kay alyas Aboy ay makakatulong sa patuloy na kampanya laban sa ilegal na droga sa rehiyon.
